Scholarships Help to Fund the Future of Hospitality
Heidi Berger, a senior majoring in hotel administration with an emphasis in beverage management, plans to graduate in May—a goal that could not have been achieved without her hard work and the aid of a few scholarships.

Lecture Series Honors Founding Dean
Alumni and faculty of the college recognized Vallen’s monumental contributions, and established an endowment to in 2006 fund the Jerry Vallen Professorship fund.

New Endowment will Provide Student and Faculty Support
The Wine Affair, hosted by Wirtz Beverage Nevada each fall not only provides opportunities for food and beverage students to work at a major event, but funds raised at this event also support a newly established endowment fund that, when matured, will support students and faculty.
