Don't see your favorite program listed? Please contact the staff member that works with your college, school, or program. 3. Complete the form and return it to the UNLV Foundation, 4505 S. Maryland Pkwy., Box 451006, Las Vegas, NV 89154-1006. 4. The UNLV Foundation will confirm receipt of your gift through payroll deduction and remit the request to payroll. Your first gift will be made through payroll deduction in three to six weeks. |
